Ray J(20) has been makin beats for a while now, but recently hit it off with his new single "Wait A Minute". Ray J has produced music since he was only 12 years old. He came out with his first album when he was just 14. If you don't already know, Ray J is singer/actress Brandy's lil bro. Ray J co-stars on the UPN show Moesha with his older sister (Brandy). Moesha has been rumored to be canceled after this fall and Ray J has also been rumored to be creating his own tv series. He has also co-starred in the Sinbad Show. Ray J has also appeared on the soundtracks for Set It Off and Dr. Doolittle. Ray J's new album (This Aint A Game) has a little bit of him rapping along with singing.
